Production of the parts using foam polyurethane
At OZAA JSC the parts are made from elastic, integrated and semi-rigid foam polyurethane.
Elastic foam polyurethane parts are produced at the casting high-pressure installations by the method of filling of two-component polyurethane composition in the forms of various configurations, where foaming and curing of the foam polyurethane are.
Using this method of manufacture different kinds of the products from elastic foam polyurethane are made: soft elements of the seats, sleeping mats, head rests, engine compartment insulation, bus seats, as well as the soft components used in the medical and in the railway industry.
The parts from integral foam polyurethane are also produced by the method of filling of two-component polyurethane composition in the forms of various configurations.
The company produces different kinds of the products using integral foam polyurethane: steering wheels, handles, arm rests, cushions, etc.
Semi-rigid foam polyurethane parts are produced in two stages.
The first stage: thermal vacuum molding of the set of facings from the film PD-0, 85 / 1,1 (chemical engineering. composition – ABS+ PVC) at vacuum molding machines followed by the cutting of the linings with scissors.
The second stage: casting of two-component polyurethane composition in the casting forms, in which the lining from the film and mortgage detail are laid preliminary.
With this method of manufacture different kinds of the products from semi-rigid foam polyurethane are made: elements of the interior of the cabin, the dashboard, etc.
Production of the parts from multilayer upholstery
The parts of the multilayer upholstery are made by the pressing of components: wood-polypropylene, isolon, canvas.
With this method the company produces berth upholstery, door upholstery, ceiling panels.
Production of the parts using dicyclopentadiene (TELENE)
The parts from dicyclopentadiene are produced at casting high-pressure installations using the method of filling of two-component composition in the form. The parts from dicyclopentadiene possess good strength characteristics, resistance to aggressive environ, as well as corrosion resistance.
With this method the company produces exterior cladding of the cabins, bumpers, mud flaps.
