Plastic Manufacture
The main activity at plastic workshop of OZAA JSC is the manufacture of products from thermoplastic materials: ABS - plastic, polyethylene of high and low pressure, polypropylene, polyamide, PVC plastic compound.
The processed branded assortment of plastic makes it possible to manufacture an extensive range of products.
The following methods of plastics processing are applied at the workshop depending on the type of material, configuration and placement of the products: injection molding, extrusion, vacuum forming.
Injection molding is a highly efficient method of production of parts from thermoplastic materials.
Used injection molding machines with the electronic program control, volume injection from 95 to 8827 sm3 per cycle and locking force from 550 to 20000 kN allow to produce various parts of complex configuration in the molds with the weight from several grams to several kilograms and with different wall thicknesses, ribs reinforcement, etc.
Extrusion is used to produce profiled molded products: gaskets, guiding of the curtains, etc.
Vacuum forming technology is based on the elastic properties of polymer blanks, obtained by their heating in a certain range of temperatures.
The process of vacuum forming of the products is the heating of the sheet fixed in the clamping frame over the form to a thermoplastic state and subsequent forming with vacuum use. The locksmith processing is used to get the final parameters of the details.
Products from sheet plastic have aesthetic form and are used for the interior decoration of cars, trolleys, buses and for the manufacture of various consumer goods.
The vacuum forming method is used to produce the products from ABS plastic sheets and ABS / TPU with the thickness 2,0-5,0 mm. The technical characteristics of the equipment allow to produce the products of different configurations with maximum overall dimensions 1100 x 2100 mm.
Plastic parts have technical and decorative function, they are used to complete MAZ, MoAZ, BelAZ, MZKT and are applied in bus and trolley-bus manufacture.
