Metal Processing Production
The parts of metal processing manufacture are made using:
- the method of edge cutting process with the application of cutting tools: cutters, drills, countersink, reamers, milling cutters, broaches, taps, dies and grinding wheels for machining.
- metalworking equipment: lathes, CNC lathes, drilling machines, milling machines, CNC milling machines, gear treating, broaching, milling and cutting, band saw and grinding machines.
As the blanks castings, forgings, rods are used. Machining of the blanks from ferrous, nonferrous, high alloyed and hard processed materials carried out with the use of lubricating fluids. Sharpening of the cutting tools is made by the grinding machines equipped with exhaust ventilation.
Assembly Production
Products of assembly manufacture (basic devices, gear shift controls, pneumatic seats, jointed cardans, seat supports, berths of drivers, sports goods and other products) are made by using the demountable assembly of various parts, assemblies and components with the hardware on the metalwork tables manually using different pneumatic and mechanical devices, various metalwork tools.
The main products of the assembly manufacture are designed for the assembly of MAZ vehicles, as well as for other automotive manufacturers.
Assembling of the products meet all the requirements of Technical Regulations and provides the reliability and durability of the products.
Press Production
The parts of the press production are obtained by the stamping method from metal sheet (thickness of the sheet is from 0,9 to 12mm), tubes, rods. The sheets are cut with crank shears. The blanks are made on the stamps mounted on the crank and the hydraulic presses of various capacities.
The stamped parts are used to complete the sets of various assemblies. Using the stamping method the parts of various configurations, complex shape, with good quality of the surface are made. This method helps to use the metal economically with high efficiency of the equipment.
Welding Production
Welding units are produced by the way of permanent connection of parts with the use of local heating, pressure and the use of forces of molecular cohesion by welding semi-automatic type SOEs, and welding contact machines (dot and projection welding). As the blanks the parts are used made with cold pressing, cutting, bending and machining. Welding wire Sb-08G2S is applied as the welding material, protective environment is provided with the carbon dioxide.
Welding units are designed for the assembly of MAZ vehicles, as well as for other manufactures of motor industry and producers of different consumer goods. The main advantage of the welding units are the relative simplicity in manufacturing, a fairly high strength, preservation of mechanical properties in all climatic zones.
Sewing Production
Cutting and sewing of the upholsteries (covers) for bus, trolley, car seats, sleeping drivers seats and consumer goods are produced at the sector of sewing manufacture.
Upholstery, laminated fabrics, vinilis leather, batting are used in the manufacture. The cut is made with the saber blades and tape cutting machines, the sewing is done using the sewing machines.
